This is a Gibson Hollowbody bass from the 60's which certainly has the vintage vibe. 
 
It has a mod. done to the bridge pickup which is now a di Marzio 125 rail pickup designed for bass. You can read plenty of reviews on this pickup anywhere. The neck pickup is original as are the tuners etc. 
What has been done to make it look right were a new pick guard, a bridge pickup cover and new knobs, all of these are non original to the guitar but it still has the vibe at least. 
Plays pretty well and with the DM pickup sounds great. The case is an acoustic guitar case which had some foam with velvet put underneath so the guitar now fit's the case, still in VGC overall and a nice bass.
